But the students are going through a hard time since the solution in this problem was applied, which is the class shifting. And others couldn’t yet adjust to this new change of schedules. Why Do We Celebrate Independence Day?

One of the most important holidays in the Philippine history is the Independence day because it marks the Nation's freedom from Spain, Japan and America who ruled the Philippines a long time ago.  It's been almost 120 years of celebrating independence day since twelfth of June year 1898. As a proud citizen, do modern-day Filipinos remember it's relevance, aside from it being a holiday for the entire nation?  It is very important to know about independence day especially to the youth so that we are fully aware and we could learn to understand the sacrifices of our ancestors made, just to set our country free. Because during this times they were treated as slaves in their own country and the inequality between the rich Spaniard to the poor Filipinos.
