              People are living in a world where new technological advances have replaced the desire to read. Reading, in my opinion, has become less important to many adults and children. Some children and teenagers prefer to watch a movie instead of reading a book.This example is what some people are going through due to the enhancement of technology but Reading is really an important skill because it helps us in school, helps us understand life outside of school, and last, it develops one’s imagination and creativity.Reading skills are essential to success in society today the ability to read is highly valued and very important for social and economic advancement.

           Reading is probably one of the most beneficial and feasible activities that a man can do. It is through reading that a person is going to be able to discover new ideas, concepts, places, and people. Some people even describe reading as a journey that starts as the opening of a page, and finishes as the last page is turned. The reason why reading is so important is because reading is relaxing to our mind and soul and it is a way for us to reach out to the world, and improves our thinking skills and  process.Everyone knows that a person who can read will be successful and a person who doesn’t might eventually fail in life.Reading may look very prickly outside but if we actually remove the husk, it is our companion that assists us to go through our livings. It will not only refresh our mind and soul but it will give us a great outlook towards life.

            As a result of reading books, a learning process is formed.This is even more of reason to get into the habit of reading books to achieve lifelong language skills and to ensure future success. It is true that reading is the habit to develop in order to have a highly successful professional life.

                    Ang gadgets ay isang maliit na gamit pang teknolohiya, isang bagay na madaling  gamitin at nakakatuwang teknolohiya, at maituturing na mamahalin kapag ang gadget ay maraming gamit. FILIPINO: WIKA ng SALIKSIK Tuwing Buwan ng Agosto ipinagdiriwang natin ang Buwan ng Wika o Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa. Ang tema ngayong taong 2018 ay "Filipino: Wika ng Saliksik".  Ginugunita ng Pilipinas ang Buwan ng Wika tuwing Agosto. Puno ng iba't ibang aktibidad ang buwan bilang pagsaludo sa wikang Filipino at sa pagmamahal sa bansa.Kaakibat ng pagdiriwang na ito ang pagbalik-tanaw sa kasaysayan ng pambansang wika at ang mga hakbang upang itaguyod at paunlarin ito. A SERIOUS EFFORT               As I finish my first quarter in my 10th grade a lot of things happened. I knew about the things which I thought I already know. Especially in my I.C.T class, which is under by Mrs. Vera Cruz. She is good in teaching us our lessons because she explains it very well and it is indeed very understandable. My  knowledge about the internet became wider when she taught us about it's history, different types of search engines and creating a blog. Thru these experiences we were able to understand more how to work and live in the life in social media.      But in overcoming this challenge I have encountered many problems not only in I.C.T class but in all of the subjects it was a difficult journey as a student because every time we were given a lot of paper works, activities and stuffs.
